Refund & Return Policy

At Iron Phoenix GHG, operated by Go Hard Gaming Discord LLC, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Standard Returns (Non-Personalized Items)
For non-personalized and non-worn items (such as standard apparel or decor), you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition: To be eligible, items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.

Process: Please contact our support team to initiate a return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: Returns for non-defective standard items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Made-to-Order & Defective Products
We stand by the quality of our made-to-order products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing or printing defect, we will make it right.

Reporting an Issue: You must contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the item.

Verification: To report a defect, please email us clear photos of the damaged or defective area. Our team will use these images to verify the issue with our print provider.

Resolution: Once the defect is confirmed, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a free replacement of the item.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Items that are custom-made with your specific requests (e.g., custom text, unique designs) are created just for you and have a specific return policy.

Cancellations & Changes: You may request changes or a full cancellation of your custom order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order typically enters the printing process and cannot be canceled or changed.

Returns for Custom Items: Due to their personalized nature, we do not accept returns on custom items unless there is a defect.

If your custom item has a manufacturing defect, please follow the process outlined in Section 2.

If your custom item has an error in the customization that was our mistake (i.e., it does not match the details you provided in your order), please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a free replacement.
